GUWAHATI: Indian National Congress leader Rosalina Tirkee has filed her nomination for the Kaziranga parliamentary constituency in Assam.

The candidature of 42-year-old Tirki, who hails from Suryakhat village in Golghat district, sets the stage for polling in Kaziranga on April 19 during the first phase of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
In the affidavit, Tirki revealed that her name is registered in constituency 106-Khumtai in Assam.

Tirki also reiterates that there are currently no pending criminal cases against her.
