Rangpanchami festival was celebrated with joy and enthusiasm in the entire district including Dhar on Saturday. As per every year at the district headquarters, this year also Radhakrishna Samrasata Phag Yatra started at 9.30 am from the Satyagraha site Motibagh Chowki.
