News in the survey To reduce road accidents in Raigarh, a virtual meeting was organized by the police headquarters with the heads of the police, transport and IRED departments at the state level. Inspector General of Police Neha Champwat and Assistant Inspector General of Police (Traffic) Sanjay Sharma discussed with all the district officials the agenda items published earlier regarding the virtual meeting. IG Neha Champawat has given instructions regarding sending the case to the court or prosecution authority within the time limit in hit and run cases. Along with this, emphasis was placed on providing benefits within the Solsium program to the family members of the deceased and the seriously injured in cases of road accidents. AIG Traffic Sanjay Sharma, who described the entry of iRed App as important, directed the officers to take enforcement action by highlighting the cause, time and place of occurrence of the accident in the app. The virtual meeting was attended by District Traffic DSP Ramesh Kumar Chandra, IRED in-charge Durga Prasad Pradhan, Mukesh Chauhan, Vijay Sidar etc.
