Durga Navami and Ram Navami festivals were celebrated with great pomp during Chaitra Navratri at the Vaishnav Dham temple in Bicholi Mardana. Maa Durga, Maa Kali, Maa Saraswati and Shiva’s family present in the temple were decorated with various flowers and fruits. On Ram Navami, 1008 women collectively performed aarti by reciting Ram Stuti. Child artists gave darshan to the devotees in the form of Ram-Sita, Lakshman and Hanuman. This time, Kanya Puja was performed by 1001 women. A large number of devotees gathered for the Maha Aarti. On this occasion the bhajan singer presented bhajans.
