Chaibasa Rahul Gandhi’s election rally organized at the Tata College grounds on Tuesday in support of All India candidate Joba Manjhi started an hour and a half late. The program was organized from 11:30 am. But fans started arriving at the venue from 10:00am. The first helicopter landed on the field at 12:40, followed by two other helicopters at short intervals. While Rahul Gandhi was giving his last speech, the helicopter of Kalpana Soren, wife of former Prime Minister Hemant Soren, landed in the field.
Fans from far-flung areas continued to visit the venue even after the meeting was over.
