The much awaited K-drama chart and actor ranking has finally arrived! Concluding the fourth week of April, the Good Data Corporation’s recently revealed weekly list weighed in on the buzz generated by ongoing TV dramas and their cast members’ grip on the audience.
tvN’s Queen of Tears, which has now taken the title of king of record-breaking runs, once again dominated the final list for the week of April. With both lists of the most exciting dramas and actors led by the Queen of Tears team, the 16-episode romantic comedy came to an end on Sunday, April 28. Despite the series’ sinking fan reviews over time , with many complaining about the series being overshadowed by old-fashioned, hackneyed tropes, star Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won perfectly ended her eight-week run at the top spot on this list.
The final position of the Queen of Tears
Since its premiere on March 9 on tvN, Queen of Tears has maintained its highly inspiring run on Good Data Corporation’s weekly charts. Similar to its previous positions, it again charted at No.1 on the list of most popular plays. Meanwhile, its leading cast members Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won stole the top two ranks respectively.

Occupying a total of five spots, other cast members Park Sung Hoon, Lee Mi Sook, and Lee Joo Bin followed at No. 5, 8 and 10, respectively.
Grow a love for Lovely Runner and the cast members
Fans continue to consistently shower tvN’s Mon-Tues drama Lovely Runner and its leads with unwavering support and adoration every week. The time-travel fantasy genre-blending fantasy series regained its long-held No. 2 spot on the list.
On the flip side, his cast members held three spots on the actor chart. While the lead duo of Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon trailed closely behind the Queen of Tears pair in the No. 3 and No. 4 spots, respectively, Song Geon Hee claimed her No. 6 spot.
Other top-rated K-dramas streaming on OTT
Streaming on Disney Plus, MBC’s latest retro drama, Chief Detective 1958, came third on the drama list. Meanwhile, leading star Lee Je Hoon stood firm in seventh place on the actor list.
All-OTT premieres Goodbye Earth (Netflix), Parasyte: The Gray (Netflix) and Blood Free (Disney Plus) claimed spots at No. 5, 6 and 8 on the weekly TV-OTT list.
