If work is not carried out according to the terms of the department, the approval given by the department will be revoked. The damaged part of the road must also be repaired. A letter has been written to the police station in charge of Chakrabata to file a case against the construction agency that is causing the road to deteriorate. The department wrote that the Public Works Department has given permission to lay the pipeline to the Mayor, Nagar Panchayat Bodri under certain conditions. Nagar Panchayat gave the work to Chandra Nirman Private Ltd., Kota Road Raipur. But, the construction agency dug the road contrary to the stipulated conditions, due to which there is every possibility of loss of life and property.
