The truth about the viral video…

To know the truth about the viral video, we reverse-engineered its keyframe on Google. While searching we found this video on a YouTube channel called Khas Haryana.

According to the channel, this video is from Ellenabad, Haryana. Where farmers set fire to thousands of BJP flags. It is worth noting that this video was uploaded on the YouTube channel on 7 October 2021.

During the investigation, we also found this video on a Facebook page called Bebaak Awaaz. This video was shared on a Facebook page on 7 October 2021. At the same time, its caption reads – state of BJP in Ellenabad Assembly by-election, that farmers burnt BJP flags.

Haryana State Congress General Secretary Vikas Bansal also shared this video from his X account 3 years ago on 9 October 2021. Link to the post…

He shared the post and wrote – state of BJP in Ellenabad assembly by-election, farmers burnt BJP flags. This is clearly being done with viral videos on social media. The claim is completely wrong. This video is from now but 3 years ago during Ellenabad assembly by-election in Haryana.
