Regarding the new NAB inquiry into Tosha Khana, the PTI founder also challenged the summons notice in the new NAB inquiry in the Islamabad High Court.
The Islamabad High Court was asked to stay the NAB notification until the decision on the application is given.
The petition was filed by Barristers Salman Safdar, Usman Gul and Khalid Chaudhry.

In the new investigation, PTI founder and Bushra Bibi are accused of illegally selling gifts. PTI founder and Bushra Bibi were summoned to NAB Rawalpindi on April 16.
On the other hand, Bushra Bibi’s application is to be heard today in the division bench of Islamabad High Court, which will be heard by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.
