Bengaluru: The PSI exam scheduled for 402 posts has been postponed. Earlier, the date for the PSI Sub-Inspector exam was announced on May 8. However, in the meantime, due to the announcement of elections across the country, the date of the exam has been postponed.
The exam has been postponed due to the Election Code of Conduct. The Karnataka Examinations Authority has notified that the next date will be announced through the official website.

Thousands of candidates have prepared for this exam. Apart from PSI, the notification for other posts including Village Accountant has already come out. Recently, KPSC had said that there is no problem in conducting the exam during elections.
