Poll News The first phase of the training of poll chiefs and poll officials of the poll parties formed in the district for the Sammond Lok Sabha elections will be organized at all headquarters in the development blocks from March 31 to April 4. District Collector and Electoral Officer Parbhat Malik held a meeting with all the trainers and assistant officers of the training program through video conferencing on the topic of training preparations. The convener said that in accordance with the instructions of the Election Commission of India, the first phase of the training of the poll parties was kept throughout the day, in which detailed information about the voting process should be given. Apart from this, every trainee should be given an opportunity to learn the process of operating the control unit, polling unit and VVPAT by doing it himself. He said that the master trainers will create a WhatsApp group of all the people taking training in their rooms and share the PPT training done in the district with everyone. According to him, the work of a master trainer is the most important in the entire election process, so they must prepare themselves before the training. In the end he wished everyone good luck for the success of the training. District Collector and Deputy Electoral Officer Nirbhai Sahu, Assistant Electoral Officer Ravi Sahu, District Chief Trainer Tushan Giri Goswami, Nodal Officer Nand Kishore Sina and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
