The ambitious Swami Atmanand school scheme of the Congress government in the state is about to change. As part of the change, Atmanand schools will be operationalized by bringing them under the PMShri scheme. In these schools, education will be imparted in English medium like Swami Atmanand Yojana. In the first stage, information on 311 schools of the state was sent to the central government. After that, the other Atmanand schools will be integrated in the second phase. Apart from the school infrastructure developed by the previous government, the rest of the work will now be done under the PMShri scheme.
