The recently charged minor claimed that the driver of his family’s car was in the driver’s seat at the time of the accident. The same tune was heard by two friends of the minor. was with him at the time of the accident.
Vishal Agarwal, the father of the accused minor, a real estate developer, also said that the driver he hired to drive the family car was the one who was driving the Porsche at the time of the accident. As a result, there was a feeling because of the new twist in this event.

Incidentally, around 3:15 PM on Sunday, a group of friends were returning home on a motorcycle near Kalyan Nagar Junction. At that time, the minor’s speeding Porsche crushed a man and a young woman riding a motorcycle. The families of those who died in the accident demanded severe punishment for the accused.
Meanwhile, according to a report by India Today, the police questioned the driver about his involvement in the incident. And in the first statement he claimed that he was driving the Porsche at the time of the accident. Apart from this, Vishal Agarwal’s mobile phone has been recovered. An investigation has begun to bring out the details of the accident.
As his grandfather Surendra Kumar Aggarwal became the guarantor of the accused minor. For that reason, he has also been questioned by the crime branch. On Wednesday, however, some documents were verified by Nyddion18. From there, Surendra is known to be involved in a shooting case in Pune. There was a case in his name at the Bund Garden police station. Later, however, the CBI was given the responsibility of investigating the case. And from the CBI investigation, it is known that a chargesheet has been prepared against the minor’s grandfather. Surendra allegedly struck a deal with Chhota Rajan to kill Shiv Sena corporator Ajay Bhosle in 2009.
