People’s faces lit up with joy when their lost mobile phones were found again. On receiving the mobile, people expressed gratitude to SP Upendra Nath Verma. People said that they never thought even in their dreams that they would get their lost mobile back. As part of Operation Muskan, the police returned the lost mobile phone.
