A man and a woman from Weston were arrested by police from Hedge End on suspicion of:
- Six shoplifting
- Two burglaries
- One theft from a motor vehicle
- One more theft incident
An involved officer took to Facebook to share news of the arrest: “Officers from the Hedge End North Neighborhood Policing Team have arrested two people on suspicion of a number of offences.
“These offenses took place in the Hedge End, West End, Nathalie and Southampton areas.
“A number of items reported stolen during these events were recovered from an address.”
On Thursday, April 11, the couple was brought back to appear in court in relation to the alleged offenses.
