PM’s visit to Palamu: DC-SP planned for PM’s security in Palamu Achi-News

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to campaign for BJP candidate Vishnu Dayal Ram on May 4. This will be the Prime Minister’s fourth visit to Palamu since 2014. The area and the police administration are alert to the Prime Minister’s programme. Other arrangements including security are being reviewed. On Tuesday, DC Shashi Ranjan and SP Rishma Ramesan held a meeting with various officials. In this meeting which was held in the auditorium of the Collection, the DC assigned different tasks to various officers from a security point of view regarding the arrival of the Prime Minister. He said that it is necessary to assess how to manage the people who come for the Prime Minister’s visit and where there will be barricades from a security point of view. He instructed the executive engineer of the construction of the building to assess the size of the stage and issue the certificate as per the protocol and rules. In the same sequence, instructions were given to Municipal Commissioner Javed Hussain regarding proximity pass, workforce pass and deputy magistrate and police pass, he also handed over many tasks related to their field to the Food Safety Officer and the Fire Officer In the same meeting, the Superintendent of Police instructed all the police officers to remain vigilant during the visit of the Prime Minister also present at the van.
