Amidst the Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi came under fire from the Congress. The Prime Minister examined the position of the Congress on terrorism. He said that the country has not forgotten that during the Congress rule, terrorists were welcomed at the Prime Minister’s residence. A senior Congress leader mourned the terrorists killed in the Beit Tala incident. The Prime Minister also criticized the statement made by a senior Congress leader regarding the terrorist attack on 26/11.
He further said that if the Congress comes to power, then like the Shah Bano case, it will also nullify the Supreme Court’s Ram Mandir decision. Let us tell you, the Prime Minister made this claim by quoting a former Congress leader, who recently resigned from the Congress and joined the BJP. He said that if the Congress comes to power, they will only reverse the historic decisions of the BJP government. Like- Section 370, Citizenship Amendment Act, Triple Talc. However, he set June 4 as the last date for the Indian Union.
Congress intends to give reservations to Muslims
Addressing an election rally in Bid and Ahmednagar in Maharashtra, Prime Minister Modi said the Congress was planning to hijack the quota given to SC-ST and OBC in education and jobs and give it to Muslims. He declared that as long as Modi is alive, no power in the world can take away the reservation given to dalits, tribals and OBCs. The chief minister said there is a need to be wary of such parties as the Congress has done the same in Karnataka. He said that if the Indian alliance comes to power, they will nullify the BJP government’s goal of a developed India.
