The Supreme Court on Monday strongly reprimanded a petitioner who filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) regarding the death of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The Supreme Court stated that the claims in the petition were raised in a careless and irresponsible manner against leaders who are no longer alive.
