Six hours of relaxation in the band

The CNCI announced that the indefinite nationwide lockdown will continue but will only be relaxed for six hours from noon to 6pm on Monday to allow the public to purchase essential commodities. CNCCI president Khekugha Muru said the decision was taken keeping in mind the fact that the bandh was imposed in many districts without informing the people. At the same time, banks, educational institutions, government offices and hospitals were excluded from the scope of the band.

The police ordered strict measures to be taken

A five-point demand letter was delivered
