Ghazipur. The government health department conducted a raid after receiving a complaint about the death of a patient admitted to a fake mental hospital. A fake hospital is running in the village of Madanpura in the Zamaniya region. Here the patients are chained. Temporary medical inspector Dr. Ravi Ranjan said that in this hospital some drugs that can be used to get rid of gas were found. However, no document, license and any document related to the hospital was found here.
The police arrested a father and son, operators of a fake mental hospital. These people used to collect huge sums of money from the families of the mentally ill. The police said that after the death of a patient here, the family members filed a complaint, acting on which two people were arrested. These people brought the young man here from Bihar for treatment. He made serious allegations against the hospital operator. After this incident, government officials raided here.
The hospital was run without a license and approval
Temporary Medical Superintendent Zamnia, Dr. Ravi Ranjan, said that a fake hospital is operating in Madanpura village in Zamnia area of Ghazipur. During the raid by the Ministry of Health, strange treatment was found in it. Where patients were treated tied up in chains. During the raid, only gas medicines were found in the hospital called The treatment. While no medical staff was present. A fake mental hospital was run here in the name of Sahra Jan Pagal Khana.
The doctor used to beat people who were admitted in the name of treatment
The patients hospitalized here said that they were beaten. One patient said that his head was broken with a stick. All the patients said they wanted to go home and were completely fine mentally. Government doctors also found all the patients mentally fine after examination. Here the villagers told that a patient from Bihar died in this place a few days ago.
