Beijing: Yet Pakistan has launched Icube Qamar. But it was China that helped Pakistan’s space effort. Pakistan launched its first ever lunar mission Icube-Comar from Hainan, China on Friday in collaboration with the communist country China.
The satellite will orbit the moon as part of Beijing’s Chang’e-6 space mission, officials said. The launch of the satellite on the Chinese Long March 5 Y8 rocket was broadcast live on Pakistani television stations and Chinese state television. But only this launch in Pakistan has been heavily trolled.

Pakistan’s ICUBE-Q orbiter carries two optical cameras to image the lunar surface only. Pakistan’s first lunar satellite mission was launched on Friday alongside China’s first lunar probe to collect samples from the far side of the moon. The 53-day Chang’e-6 mission will collect samples from the far side of the Moon for scientific study for the first time.
