NS News: Police looking for men in SUV Achi-News

Nova Scotia RCMP are investigating a “suspicious incident” involving men who allegedly approached children in St. Croix on Tuesday.

According to an RCMP news release, officers responded to a report of two men in a black SUV talking to children on bicycles around 8 pm

It is alleged that the vehicle approached the children on Sylvia Drive and that one of the occupants shouted at the children for riding their bikes on the wrong side of the road. A man in the passenger seat also offered them candy.

The children fled to a nearby home and the SUV drove toward the Ellershouse Bridge on Highway 1. No injuries were reported.

The passenger is described as a white man with a gray beard and hair wearing sunglasses, an Xbox ball cap, and a long-sleeved gray shirt

The driver was a black man wearing sunglasses.
