The IWK Health Center in Halifax is looking for a missing 17-year-old patient.

According to the IWK news release, Dawson Lively was last seen wearing two hoodies with the two up with brown over gray, dark blue Crocs, no socks, and gray sweatpants.

Lively stands five-foot-seven inches and weighs 134 pounds. He has brown hair.

“The patient’s risk increases with time away from treatment,” the statement reads.

Anyone with information on Lively’s whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
