According to Railways, instead of a 1 liter water bottle on Vande Bharat and Shatabdi trains, each passenger will be given a 500 ml bottle of Rail Neer Packaged Drinking Water (PDW). However, if necessary, another half liter bottle will be given to the passenger free of charge on request.
