A new mythological show ‘Lakshmi Narayan – Happiness, Balance of Happiness’ is going to start on television soon. Actress Shivya Pathania will be seen in the avatar of Lakshmi in the show. Actor Shrikant Dwivedi will be seen in the avatar of Narayan. The shooting of the show has started in the city of Umargaon, Gujarat.
The show is produced by Swastik Productions who are known for making successful mythological shows.
During an exclusive chat with Dainik Bhaskar, producer Siddharth Kumar Tiwari shared some interesting things related to his show. Speaking, he said that this show is an extended version of ‘Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyag Aur Tandav’. How? Let us know in his own words:

Personally, I want every generation of our country to listen and understand the mythological story. For the last 14 years, I have been reading a lot about the mythology, culture and tradition of my country. When we were taking the story of ‘Shiv Shakti’ to the audience, I realized that along with the story of Shivji and Parvati, the story of Lakshmi-Narayan should also be shown to the audience.

He further said, ‘So far no one has presented the story of Lakshmi-Narayan to the audience. I was interested in his story for many years. When the channel was asked to tell a bigger story than ‘Shiv-Shakti’, it agreed.
The actors of both shows are the same. We just made their world bigger. All these actors will be seen in both shows. A new story, with old actors.
It is a great responsibility to convey the mythological story to the audience.
Before working on any show, my team does a lot of research. We draw most of the stories from the scriptures. However, the texts also have their own versions. It is very challenging to decide which version fits our story.
It is a huge responsibility to convey the mythological story to the audience in the right way. Our effort is to relate this story to today’s generation. It takes months to research the story. After this our real journey begins.
