Water problem in Gatholi, angry voters locked the polling stations.

The third and final phase of voting for the Durg Lok Sabha seat was held on May 7 in Bemetara district. Voting started at 7 am but voting was boycotted in 4 villages of Navagarh Vis area which demanded water and roads. In Gatholi, a village under Gram Panchayat Andu, the angry villagers who were facing drinking water problem locked the polling gate and sat on strike.

Even after the advice of the policemen who arrived at the scene, the villagers did not agree.
