Collector Janmejay Mahobe.
In view of the scorching heat and intense sunlight in Kabirdham district, collector Janmjay Mahava issued an order. According to the order, it is prohibited to place material on draft animals or to use them for riding or carrying weight on top of a tanga, bullock cart or buffalo cart from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m.
This order is in accordance with the rules for preventing cruelty to transport and farm animals.
