A very scary scene was seen on the road in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. An off-road driver hit a cyclist, after the collision the cyclist fell on the roof of the car. The driver of the vehicle then continued on a journey of 18 km. When some people on the road saw this horrifying scene, they stopped the driver of the SUV. However, after stopping the vehicle, the driver fled the scene.
The incident happened on Sunday night. The accident took place on the national highway near Y Kottapalli in Atmakuru mandal of Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh. After examining the body, the doctors said that the cyclist died due to profuse bleeding. If he had been taken to the hospital in time, his life might have been saved. The driver of the car was so drunk that he didn’t even realize he hit someone. Some people chased him and forcibly stopped the vehicle after it had traveled 18 km.
