A gunfight broke out between rural volunteers of two communities in the caste-violence-hit western Imphal district of Manipur. One died in this shooting, while three were injured. Police said some armed men from the neighboring hilly area of ​​Kangpokpi district began indiscriminate firing on the village of Kautrok in the Imphal Valley.
