Netizens claim US denies permanent residency based on ‘ethnicity’ alone, old US Senator video backs it up Achi-News

But some netizens posting on X (formerly Twitter) claim that it is not actually “non-discriminatory”; they deny permanent residency on the basis of ethnicity alone.

“Nearly two million individuals working in America are currently denied permanent US residency or the ability to travel based solely on their ethnicity,” a netizen specifically posted .

“If they die, their children are deported. When their children grow up, they are deported if they don’t get their own visa.”

Supporting his claim, user X attached a video of Utah Senator Mike Lee. In the video, the senator can be heard addressing the country’s cap issue.
