Hubli: Konkan Railway has informed that some trains (Bengaluru Murdeshwar Train) are partially canceled from March 13 to 16 due to security work being done at Murdeshwar station.
1. Train No. 16585 Sir.M.Visveswaraiah Terminal Bangalore – Murudeshwara Express will depart from Sir M. Visveswaraiah Terminal Station, Bangalore on March 12, 13, 14 and 15, 2024 running upto Bhatkal Station only. Partial cancellation between Bhatkala and Murudeshwar stations.
2. On March 13, 14, 15 and 16, 2024 Train No. 16586 Murudeshwar – Sir M. Visveswaraiah Terminal Bangalore Express train will depart from Bhatkal station at the scheduled time. Southwest Railway informed that there will be partial cancellation between Murudeshwar and Bhatkal stations.
Small Central Railway has decided to make a two minute trial stop at Anantapur station. Train No. 16591 / 16592 SSS Hubballi – Mysore – SSS Hubballi Hampi Express, stopping order from both sides will be effective from March 13.

1. Train No. 16591 SSS Hubli – Mysore Hampi Express arrives at Anantapur at 01:03 AM and departs at 01:05 AM.
2. Train No. 16592 Mysore – SSS Hubli Hampi Express arrives at Anantapur at 02:08 am and departs at 02:10 am.
Continued stopping of trains at Kuppam station
For the convenience of passengers, train number 22601 / 22602 Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Sainagar Shirdi – Dr. MGR Chennai Central Weekly Express will continue to stop at Kuppam station until further notice.
This continuation from March 13, 2024 to Dr. Effective from March 15, 2024, journeys start from MGR Chennai Central and Hazrat Sainagar Shirdi stations.
