Karachi: Muttahida Kaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM) has strongly reacted to Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab’s recent statement.
Members of MQM Sindh Assembly say that Murtaza Wahab’s statement is baseless, absurd and accusation after accusation, if the behavior of People’s Party does not change, there will be protest in the streets along with the houses.
The members of the provincial assembly said that the arrogance, incompetence, corruption and support of the bandit rule of the people’s party leaders showed the people, the media of the entire Pakistan showed how weapons are smuggled in the vehicles of their ministers.
He said Morteza and the father had previously referred to kidnapping for ransom and killing targets in Karachi, his home minister had issued millions of arms licenses due to which the killing market had become hot.
MQM said that in 2012 and 2013 everyone knows who supported the gang war in the name of peace committees in Lyari and other slums of Karachi they used to send and if they did not receive, they killed them.
Regarding the Sindh police, the members of the district assembly said that instead of policing, the People’s Party ministers involve the police in politics and crime.
MKM demanded to examine all police recruitments in the last 15 years.
