Bike-riding miscreants attacked a policeman with weapons on Thursday night in Kanadia, Indore. He also stabbed the driver. It is said that the policemen arrived here after receiving information in an FRV van. The two policemen were taken to Bombay Hospital in an injured condition.

According to Additional DCP Amarendra Singh, the incident took place on Kanadia Bypass Here, the driver of FRV, Anil Chaudhary and the policeman used on him, Anil Kashyap, were attacked with a knife by riding criminals. Both of them had arrived here on the information of Dial 100. Then the miscreants came from the front and suddenly attacked them and ran away. They both informed the control room about the attack. After this, the police registered a case of attempted murder and started searching for the criminals.
