Three new criminal laws will come into effect in India from July 1. The Ministry of the Interior asked for help from all countries for the training of police personnel. So that this information can reach everyone.

Several changes were made to the state laws, on July 1 the Ministry of the Interior implements three new laws. The new laws are the Indian Law Act, the Indian Civil Defense Code and the Indian Evidence Act, which will replace the colonial-era Indian Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code and the Indian Evidence Act of 1872. The purpose of these new laws is to provide speedy justice to the citizens of the country. The legal system and the court must also be strengthened.

The new laws are a change in the direction of the judicial system from the colonial legacy. This is the effort of the Government of India to make accessible to the general public all ranks of police officers and jails.

The Ministry of the Interior sent a message to all the states and territories of the Union. It states that in order to bring relief to the law and justice, new provisions were incorporated into the criminal laws with modern times and contemporary technologies. Its purpose is to bring about an era of spontaneity. It was also said that they should be told about the positive changes in the country. Basic information about the new instructions must be given. so that they can be applied honestly and confidently. The Ministry of the Interior stated that the police and prison commanders must be trained regarding the new law.

The Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) has also prepared modules for training police and prison personnel for the new criminal laws. For this purpose, an Integrated Government Online Training Portal (IGOT) was prepared. Through it he will provide detailed information to the police and prison employees. The training module is sent by BPR&D to all states and union territories. So that it will be possible to organize training programs in police training institutes.

The Ministry of the Interior ordered to give everyone intensive training so that every person in the country can do justice.
