Latehar Mansi Prakash, daughter of Prem Jaiswal, who lives in Karkat Mohalla of the city, has become the second topper of Ranchi City and the topper of her school by scoring 91.5 percent marks in the 12th ICSE Commerce stream. Mansi is a student at St Francis School, Ranchi.

Mansi was honored by the school management by giving her a laptop.
