Man commits suicide over conspiracy dispute in Palwal: The most serious money was Rs 8 lakh; Consumed poison after being hurt by fraud, FIR Achi-News

In Palwal, Haryana, a person committed suicide by drinking a poisonous substance due to a dispute over a plot. After seriously taking money from the plot, when he protested against changing the plot, he was beaten and pressured to buy another plot. On the complaint of the deceased’s wife, the police have registered a case against two named for forcing them to commit suicide. The body was handed over to the relatives after post-mortem. According to Sadar police station manager Manoj Kumar, Manju, a resident of Gelpur village, has said in the complaint that her husband Paramveer got Netrapal, a resident of Lalpur village, to buy a 200 square yard plot from Lilavati. His agreement was concluded with Lekhraj, a resident of Railway Crossing Gaudota Chowk Hodal. After this, Netrapal and Lekhraj together told her husband that the price of the plot was named as Rs 14 lakh 50 thousand. After this, Rs 8 lakh was given as earnest money. Manju said that when her husband reached the purchased plot, Lekhraj and Netrapal told him about another plot, which was second to the first one. He said this plot is not the one we were shown before buying. Both of them said that this plot will have to be bought. Because of this, there was a disturbance between her husband and the two of them and after that the two accused pushed her husband and told him to do whatever he wanted to do. After this her husband Paramveer started to worry. According to the woman, three or four days ago her husband asked her once again to either give him the same plot or return his money. On this he said you will get nothing now, do whatever you want to do. After this, her husband started feeling sad and troubled and because of Netrapal and Lekhraj, he was forced to commit suicide. Manju claims that both of them are responsible for her husband’s death. On her complaint, the police registered a case against the two accused under sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and handed over the body to her family members after post-mortem.
