After receiving the complaint, the police arrested the accused youth. The police said that the accused youth carved his name on the girl’s face with a hot iron rod. The accused youth proposed marriage to the minor, but the 17-year-old did not agree to the marriage. The accused youth arrested the girl to teach her and raped her for three days, not only ending there, but also carving his own name on the girl’s face.

The police arrested the accused youth and registered a case under section 376 (rape) and 324 (injury with a weapon) of the POCSO Act. The victim’s statement is also recorded before the Magistrate as required by law.
