Silchar: Trinamool leader Mamata Banerjee left Bengal to campaign for the Lok Sabha polls in Assam’s Silchar. And from there Mamata attacked Narendra Modi. A Trinamool leader said, “Sometimes they give bundles of money through intimidation. Why fear every day? Who will be afraid? If Modi somehow wins this time, there will be no democracy in the country. He will save the country. I am not afraid of your shock, bullying. Surprise me, don’t bully me.”
The Trinamool leader added, “If you have any atrocities here, Bengal is with you. Bengal will give you shelter. Give you Lakshmi Bhandara here? In our Bengal every girl gets Lakshmi Bhandara.”

Mamata Banerjee also said from Assam Assembly, “I made Sushmita Dev MP without paying you anything. Please vote for me. Coming to Silchar, I saw nothing. They kept giving me party slogans. It won’t blister on me. This time the cow will lose. I said Cross 200 first, then go out for a swim.”
