Mahmood Khan Achakzai’s non-bailable arrest warrant suspended Achi-News

Quetta (News Desk) Awami Pashtun Party Chairman Khwaja Milli Mahmood Khan Achakzai’s arrest warrant has been suspended, the court has provided interim relief until the next hearing. The President of the Quetta Bar Association and other lawyers filed an application in court against the issuance of an arrest warrant on behalf of Mahmood Khan Achakzai and appeared during the hearing on which the Judicial Magistrate issued a decision.

While presiding over the hearing, Judge Kamran Baloch approved the non-bailable arrest warrant and adjourned the hearing till May 31. The decision to suspend the arrest warrant was taken in the court session, the magistrate stopped further proceedings on the guarantee.
