Congress MLA PN Patil died in a private hospital in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The 71-year-old Congress member, who represents Kolhapur’s Kervair assembly constituency, slipped in the bathroom of his home on Sunday, as a result of which he suffered serious injuries. Since then his treatment continues in a hospital in Kolhapur. He was put on life support and died Wednesday morning.
Let us tell you that PN Patil was the Kolhapur District Congress President. In 1995, he first contested the assembly elections from Sengrol, Kolhapur. Maharashtra Congress president Nana Patul expressed grief over his demise.
