New Delhi: The second phase of Lok Sabha Election will be held tomorrow. There are Ghatanughati leaders in the constituencies that will be voted tomorrow, and tomorrow their political future will be recorded in the ballot box. The main contenders in the electoral fray are Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Shashi Tharoor and BJP actor-politician Arun Govil, Hema Malini, Om Birla and Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.

Vote in which constituencies?

All 20 seats in Kerala, 14 of 28 in Karnataka, 13 in Rajasthan, 8 each in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, 7 in Madhya Pradesh, 5 each in Assam and Bihar, three seats each in Chhattisgarh and West Bengal and one each in Manipur, Tripura and Jammu and Kashmir will be up for grabs in the second phase of Lok Sabha elections tomorrow.

Rahul Gandhi’s future will be decided tomorrow

Rahul Gandhi is the current Member of Parliament from Wayanad in Kerala and is contesting from here for the second time. CPI’s Annie Raja and BJP’s K Surendran are contesting against him. In the 2019 elections, Gandhi won against his nearest rival PP Sunir of the CPI by a significant margin of over 7 lakh votes.

Shashi Tharoor v/s Rajeev Chandrasekhar

Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor is expected to win from Thiruvananthapuram constituency for the fourth time. BJP’s Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar and CPI’s Panyan Ravindran are fighting against him.

Veteran Bollywood actress Hema Malini, who has represented Mathura since 2014, is fighting Mukesh Dhangar of the Congress, while two-time Kota MP Om Birla is facing Prahlad Gunjal of the Congress. Union Minister Shekhawat is eyeing a third victory in the Jodhpur constituency.

Former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel is fighting this time against Rajnandgaon, a BJP stronghold for 30 years.

Mallikarjun Kharge’s emotional speech

The first phase of voting for 102 constituencies in 21 states and Union Territories was held last Friday with about 65.5 percent voting.

Lok Sabha Election 2024 is going on in total 7 phases. The first stage was held on April 19, the second stage was held on April 26, the third stage was on May 7, the fourth stage was on May 13, the fifth stage was on May 20, the sixth stage was on May 25 and the seventh stage on 1 June and counting of votes on 4 June.
