The Delhi High Court said the decision is a challenge against initiation reassessment case for assessment year 2014-2017 relating to the party. In its order on 22 March, the bench rejected the Congress petition challenging the process of reassessment of taxes for 2014-15, 2015-16, and 2016-17. and sent a notice of Rs 1,700 crore to the Congress party.
