Former state president of the Jan Nayak Janata Party (JJP) in Haryana, Nishan Singh is returning to the Congress after 30 years. He will join the Congress on Monday ie today in the presence of former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda in Chandigarh. Nishan Singh told former minister Devendra Babli the reason for leaving JJP. He said that JJP workers were ignored when Babli was MLA and minister. After this he had to take such a hard decision.
