Vanita Raut, who is contesting from Chandrapur MP seat in Maharashtra, has announced that if she wins, she will give alcohol to people as a subsidy.

Subsidized whiskey

Vanita Raut, a resident of Chimur village in Chandrapur district, has announced that if she wins the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, she will provide whiskey and beer to people on a subsidized basis. Raut, who had also contested in 2019, had campaigned on the same promise. Vanita Raut, who is contesting as an All India Humanity Party candidate, has attracted attention with her groundbreaking promise to the poor voters.

A beer bar in every village

Raut said that if he won, he would not only open a beer bar in every village, but if elected from the constituency, he would give free whiskey and imported beer to the poor from MPs’ funds. He promised to provide imported liquor through a rationing system. But drinkers and vendors should be licensed, he said.

Foreign whiskey tasting
