The court’s decision has come in a major incident that took place 19 months ago in Sector 29 police station area of Panipat city, Haryana. On Independence Day, August 15, 2022, a 6-year-old girl was kidnapped and raped on the pretext of getting her something. After this, he was murdered and the body thrown into a dirty drain. Fastrack Court ASJ Sukhpreet Singh has sentenced the convict Ishwar, son of Satpal, who lives in Krishna Garden Sector 25, to remain in jail till his last breath. The court has made a strong comment saying that he is a monster in human form. As long as he lives, he will remain behind bars. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand on the offender.
The accused was caught carrying the girl in his lap in the closed circuit camera installed in the area.
The predator was caught on the basis of CCTV from Chandni Bagh of Panipat.
