The special NIA court has sentenced 4 people to life imprisonment.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) special court has sentenced four people, including terrorist Kulwinder Jeet Singh Khanpuria alias Happy, associated with the banned organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) to life imprisonment. Other criminals include Jagdev Singh, Ravinder Pal Singh and Harcharan Singh. At the same time, a fine of around Rs 3.75 lakh has also been imposed on each of them under various sections.
Earlier on Wednesday, the court booked the people concerned under Section 121.
