The Patten Special POCSO Sessions Court has given its verdict.

The POCSO Special Sessions Court in Gujarat’s Patan city has sentenced a father to rape for raping his minor daughter and impregnating her. Along with the punishment, the court also imposed a fine of Rs 16.50 lakh on the accused.

The fine will have to be paid within 60 days, the court sentenced the accused to 2 months
