According to the information, there is a shortage of faculty, residents and tutors in many departments of the Ripor College of Medicine. The number of patients in OPD and laboratory tests does not meet the standards. Apart from this, deficiencies were found in many points. Regarding this, NMC warned of strict action against Pt Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and said why not reduce your seats. In this regard, the college management handed over the necessary documents to the director of medical education based on the NMC report. The principal has written a letter to the MLA that the deficiencies will be rectified soon. Raipur Medical College currently has 230 UG seats. It is the oldest medical college in the country.
