Ramage’s Bar in the Ayrshire town of Kilbirnie is being auctioned with a guide price of £120,000.

Shepherd said: “For anyone looking for a trading business, the well-established Ramage’s Bar… may be of interest. This opportunity includes an apartment above which could be leased or provide accommodation for the owner.”

The surveyor, acting on behalf of Forestry and Land Scotland, noted that the auction will also include three areas of surplus land. These include two plots in Crianlarich, both at guide prices of £5,000. The third area of ​​surplus land, further north in Invergarry, is set to be auctioned with a guide price of £35,000.

The auction will also include former police stations in Lairg and Peterhead, being sold on behalf of Police Scotland.
