The court canceled the appointment
Let us inform that the High Court of Kerala on Tuesday set aside the appointment made by the Governor to the Senate of the University of Kerala as the Chancellor of the Universities. The court ordered Khan to select new candidates within a period of six weeks. The court said that the vice chancellor has no authority according to the provisions of the law when submitting nominations.
